Basic Principles and Gameplay

Bid Whilst Challenge consists of two teams of two players. Each competitor is provided with 12 cards and those which remain are placed within the center of the table (sometimes known as the "kitty"). Every player then places a bid in regards to what he or she believes their partner will be able to make with the cards that were previously dealt. The bids themselves are described as high (in the event of face cards) or low (if a player is not holding anything of value).
